However, the Workers’ Compensation process is very complex. If you think you may qualify for Workers’ Compensation benefits we highly encourage you to:

  1. Immediately report your illness or injury to your employer.
  2. Seek treatment. Get to a doctor! Do not wait to feel better!
  3. Contact an attorney. Get in touch with an experienced firm like Richardson, Barber, and Williamson. Even if you return to work you might still have a claim for benefits. Do not wait to file a claim! After two years your chance to file a claim expires.

  • Your prescriptions are being paid for
